Ryan Bremser, founder of Simply Kombucha, began his business venture at home in January of 2015 when his wife was diagnosed with cancer. As they began to put a lot of focus on their diet, Ryan started to brew Kombucha at home after reading about all its health benefits. He soon came to realized that the demand for Kombucha extended beyond just himself and his family. The batches quickly became larger and larger. Before long, Simply Kombucha was brewing large quantities which soon lead to sharing the product with the public.
